A Memphis crew that shows up when others don't
Remodeling, roofing, concrete, and restoration from a bilingual, BBB-accredited team led by Rodolfo Barrios.
Built on showing up
Instant Projects Remodeling and Construction started with a simple observation: the hardest part of home improvement in Memphis isn't the work itself, it's finding a contractor who answers the phone and comes back the next day. Rodolfo Barrios built the company to be that contractor.
Today our crew handles roofing, concrete, flooring, painting, drywall, framing, kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, and repairs after storms, water leaks, and fires. Having those trades on one team means fewer handoffs, a schedule that holds, and one person who knows your whole project.
We're a registered Tennessee LLC, accredited with the Better Business Bureau, and we work in English and Spanish across Memphis, Shelby and Fayette Counties, North Mississippi, and Marion, Arkansas.
